Maintenance measures of flame arrester

Before installing the flame arrester, carefully read the instructions provided by the manufacturer, and check whether the requirements of the label and the installed pipeline are the same, so that the performance of the flame arrester can achieve the actual effect of use;

Secondly, check whether the flow direction mark of the flame arrester is consistent with the medium flow direction;

Third, the inspection time should be more than twice a year;

Fourth, it is necessary to regularly check whether the flame retardant layer of the flame arrester is blocked or corroded;

Fifthly, if the flame arrester is blocked, it should be cleaned in time, and the deformed or corroded fire retardant layer should be replaced in time to make each hole smooth;

Sixth, when cleaning the core of the flame arrester, it is not allowed to use sharp hardware to brush, but to use high-pressure steam, compressed air or non corrosive solvent for purging; then, when re installing the fire-retardant layer, the sealing surface should be cleaned without air leakage and damage, and the gasket should be replaced in time.
