How to check and maintain the breathing valve?

For some industrial and mechanical engineering, the breathing valve occupies an important position. So in the process of use, how to make the performance of the breathing valve reach the use?

The specific operation method for checking the breathing valve is as follows: firstly, open the valve cover gently, remove the vacuum valve cover and pressure valve disc, and check whether there is oil and dirt at the sealing position between the valve disc and the valve disc, the valve disc reversing rod and the reversing rod sleeve. If there is oil and dirt clean in time, and then install back to the original position, but also check whether the opening is flexible, so pull up and down a few times. If they are all normal, just cover and tighten the valve cover.

Maintenance method of breathing valve:

1. Regularly check the flexibility of the pressure valve disc and vacuum valve disc and check whether the contact of the reversing rod valve disc is damaged; if there is any damage, it should be replaced immediately.

2. When re installing the pressure valve disc, the contact surface should be closely matched, and the inverted rod should be lifted and lowered flexibly.

3. When restarting the breathing valve, remember to remove the shockproof object between the valve discs before installation, otherwise it will cause the failure of the breathing valve.

4. The breathing valve should be cleaned once a month, but it is better to clean it twice a month in winter.
