The conventional breathing valve is an energy-saving product to maintain the pressure balance of the storage tank and reduce the medium volatilization. The breathing valve makes full use of the pressure bearing capacity of the storage tank to reduce the medium discharge. Its principle is to use the weight of the positive and negative pressure valve disc to control the positive exhaust pressure and negative suction pressure of the storage tank. When the medium is pumped out of the tank, the pressure of the upper gas space in the tank will be reduced to reach the operating negative pressure of the breathing valve The atmosphere outside the tank will open the negative pressure valve disc of the top opening breathing valve to make the external gas enter the tank, so that the pressure in the tank will not continue to drop, and the air pressure inside and outside the tank can be balanced to protect the storage tank device.
The working principle of the breathing valve is to use the weight of the valve disc (sometimes the weight on the valve disc) to control the expiratory pressure and the vacuum degree in the tank. When the pressure of the gas in the tank exceeds the allowable pressure value of the oil tank, the pressure valve will be opened, and the mixed oil and gas will escape (exhale) from the tank, so that the pressure in the tank will not increase any more.
When the vacuum degree of the gas in the tank exceeds the allowable vacuum degree of the oil tank, the vacuum valve is opened, and the air (suction) is inhaled to maintain the pressure balance of the oil tank.
