Compact pipe end breathing valve is an important accessory to protect oil tank and pipeline. It is installed on the top plate of oil tank and consists of pressure valve and vacuum valve. It can not only keep the pressure in the tank in a normal state, prevent overpressure or super vacuum in the tank, but also reduce the loss of liquid volatilization in the tank. The tank top breathing valve mainly meets the ventilation requirements of large and small breathing of the storage tank, and is installed on the top of the tank storing class A, B and C liquid together with the flame arrester. In general, the function of the breathing valve is to keep the tightness of the oil tank and reduce the evaporation loss of the oil to a certain extent. When necessary, it can automatically ventilate and adjust the internal and external pressure of the oil tank.
Working principle of compact tube end breathing valve:
The compact tube end breathing valve controls the expiratory pressure or suction vacuum degree of the oil tank and maintains the pressure in the tank by the weight of the valve disc itself. The rated control pressure of the pressure valve is generally 2KPa, and the rated control pressure of the vacuum valve is generally -0.5kpa. When the oil and gas pressure in the tank is greater than the allowable pressure of the oil tank, the oil vapor escapes through the pressure valve, and the vacuum valve is closed; when the oil and gas pressure in the tank is less than the allowable vacuum degree of the oil tank, fresh air enters the tank through the vacuum valve, and the pressure valve is in the closed state. The allowable pressure (or vacuum pressure) is controlled by the weight of the regulating plate.
